IREAD Scores Lead the Area
MSD of Wabash County third graders performed outstandingly on their 2026 IREAD assessment, earning a combined 96.5% pass rate!
Northfield Elementary (Sharp Creek) earned a 98.7%, while Southwood Elementary earned a 93.5%. The statewide average was 88.7%.
MSDWC's scores are once again above the state benchmark of 95%, making us one of the highest in the area for consecutive years.

Our reading success is a community-wide celebration. It starts at home with families who value education and read regularly with their children. At school, our amazing educators get to know their individual students so well. They understand each student's unique strengths and needs, and work hard to support them and challenge them to grow.
